Not all Datasources displayed after QA Upgrade from 3.x to BI 7

Good day again.

We have upgraded DEV and QA from 3.x to BI7 and I am busy testing. I've noticed that on RSA1OLD and RSA1, all Datasources are displayed in the 'Infosource' tab, but on RSA1 only some datasources are displayed on the 'Datasource' tab.

We have not migrated anything as the upgrade was like-for-like. Why do only some Datasources display in the new RSA1, Datasource tab?
