Mail generation in GR and Qaulity lot completion.

Hi GURU,

i want to do config/setting for mail generation during GR posting and Qaulity lot completion.

E.g

i has done 100 MT of GR for Product A and Same product goes to Qaulity inspection under different lots. After the qaulity lot completion some lot rejected and some lot accepted. Meance my production GR is 100 MT but after the qaulity inspection inspector found some defect in 10 MT so my final production after qaulity release only 90MT and 10 MT is scraps.

So to inform same to my manager i want to do config for auto mail genetration during GR and Qaulity lot completion(UD).

Plz help me.

Dear,

You need to do the following

In QS52, for the UD selectyed set code - select the follow up action as -

MAIL Send standard mail

MAIL2 Send test mail

MAIL3 Send protocol including long text

Depending on the option system will send the mail to the required.

pl check and come back.
