Dear all,
system is picking default validity period as 31.12.9999 while creating the purchasing inforecord
can we restric that .

hi Venu,
When you press F1 on the validity period field....It shows the description and the reason for the same...
By the way, the date is the date until which the price shown in the inforecord is valid...

In which field it is showing,
Whether in certificate validity date of general data.
or Condition validity date in Purch.org data -- if so go to conditions tab and remove the condition validity period to date enter required date
