BPM error

Hi Experts

I have tried some scenarios involving BPM, but its giving error for each scenario, and error that persist is same for all the scenarios, PERMANANT ERROR IN BPE ( SYSTEM FAILURE) , and for one particular scenario that was file merging , once the error was regarding the mapping error , but i have checked that also its simple no user defined fucntion nothing else , mapping is also correct , but even then the error exist ,

please help here

Ur correlation could be a problem. Make sure that the files are received in order or receive steps. Also before running the scenarion again, delete all BPM instances using tcode swwl.

Check if any message in queue and you are maintaining order in receiver determination.
