Switching Inspection stages as per Dynamic modification rule after AUTO UD

Hi All,

i have a scenario of auto UD in which after skiping 10 lots and posting these lots to unrestricted stock. system should automatically update the quality level to the initial stage.

i have defined DMR like system should switch to 1stage of quality level after 10 skip but it keep skip even after 10 no. but i do reject lot then only it switching to 1st stage.

my requirement is to update quality level to the 1st stage even if we dont reject any lot.

Hi

I have tried as per your table & it is working fine here as per your requirement.

Steps I followed:

• Created DMR as per your reqmnt

• Assigned it in Plan & selected Lot level

• All characteristics made optional

• Created lots & took UD as accepted (one by one) & also completed stock posting.

Thats it & It worked.

So try properly. You will succeed.

Hi Hemant,

did u activate Auto UD in material master?? for me its working fine till skip stage.as per DMR rule it should switch to the 1st stage after skiping 2 lots, but its not happening and skiping going on untill i reject one lot.

anyway thanks for your trial, i will check one more time and will let u know.
