Dear All,

When I am trying to create a material with Material type HAWA it says that internal number range not possible also when I am trying to give the number it says that external number range not possible please advice what needs to be done.

Check whether you have maintained any number ranges for HAWA mat type ...

First check in OMS2 for the material type HAWA whether External no. check w/o check is ticked or not.also check MMNR what is mentioned for HAWA

Hi,

To resolve this query you need to flag the checkbox External no. assignment w/o check in Configuration settings of Material Type HAWA.

Use T.Code OMS2. Then double click on Material Type HAWA & then flag the checkbox External no. assignment w/o check.

Please Go to MMNR trxn code and Check your Material Type HAWA is Assigned to Which Number range group and check the number range is maintained internal or External.

Also Check the same in Material type attributes OMS2 and select material type HAWA
