Hi All,

When i add query to favourites........by default its displaying as web query in the sap default screen...........but i need to get its as excel query in sap default screen.

Could anyone suggest..

Thanks for all. Executed query save as workbook and then go to workbooks and then add that in favourites.

Hi Sunil,

In SAP Default screen you will see the recently used queries and there is no connection between them and the queries you saved in your favoutites.

If you try opening that query from that screen by default it will open in Breowser.

To open it in excel you need to open it in BEX Analyzer.

Revert back for further queries.

No Raj. In SAP Default screen, i executed some queries they displayed in Excel and some displayed in WEB.

What i need is need to add a query in favourites which it is to be display in excel when it is executed.

Hi,

try to open the queries from bex analyzer and then save them to favourites.

I think right now you are trying to save them through the query designer??

I tried with bex analyzer...and even tried with query designer... but unable to get the required solution.
