hi
we have done system copy from Production to Quality. server.
after that i scheduled sap jobs (DB13) in Quality server. this jobs are failed.
what should i do. please help on this issue.

this is completely normal. After a refresh, you need ot delete all DB13 jobs, all SM37 DBA* jobs.
then, re-create them manually in DB13.
I know this is bad and long, but it is the only supported way of doing this.

job protocols from DB13 might give some help ...
But anyway:
Did you follow the post-copy activities from the system copy guide?
Probably creation of OPS$-users and/or execution of sapdba_role.sql is missing.
