Locking change of employee address .

Dear All,

In PA30 transaction,I am able to change the employee address.Now I want to lock the employee address change.So that,employee address cannot be changed.

Please help me to know how to lock the employee address so as to prevent from changing it for which I will be grateful.

In authorization add P_ORGIN.

Select Infotype 0006 and in Authorization Level make it M or R

Is there a BASIS person there with you? Tell him to do. Its easy.

If no BASIS person then

go to PFCG. Create a role. Assign object P_ORGIN and do the rest.Then assign this role to all those users who are not supposed to change address.

But I would suggest you to take help frm a BASIS person regarding this

Hi Use this function module ENQUEUE_EPPRELE , which is used to lock particular pernr for particular infotype.Let us know if it works
