There is no bookmark Item details in service desk message

At creation of the message of support the message of type SLFN is by default created.

And bookmark Item details is absent.

It is necessary to create messages of type SLF1?

What is correct?

Tab "Item details" is not used in ChaRM/Service Desk.

If you need it you have to assign/unassign screen profiles in customizing for the appropriate transaction type.
