We are in SP11 and we plan to upgrade in SP13, I would like to know the new functionnalities/corrections that we will get in ESS. Can anyone give me a good link ?
One of the main features is the capilbility so maintain foreign address in ESS. This was not part of earlier features of ESS. Apart from that apparently it handles the scenario of concurrent employment.
Best place is most likely to read the SP details on http://service.sap.com. Right off, I can't think of any "functionality" differences in SPs. Most are bug fixes. From here on, any "functionality" changes or major application differences you will see will come from Enhancement Packs.
