Problem with IT0105 in HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA

I am hiring employees via HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA.

I have data to be filled in IT0000, IT0001, IT0002, IT0032, IT0022.

But he tells me to fill in the required fields (when I research: in IT0105)

But I don't want to fill in this IT...

Can anyone help?

your info group setting is prompting the system to do so. Please check that

Thanks for the replies.

However, this cannot be changed

I will try using HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA for HIRING in IT0000 and inserting the rest with HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION...
