I have done GRN but not LIV & now i want to see list of the Open LIV

Please inform me T-Code to see Open LIV list

Dear,

Make the search criteria to a step back, i.e from PURCHASE ORDER - GR - LIV.

Then as suggested by rest -

Logistics u2192 Materials Management u2192 Purchasing u2192 Purchase Order u2192 List Display u2192 By vendor (ME2L)

Selection parameters : RECHNUNG: Open Invoices

The only thing to remember is this report not includes Direct Goods receipt without reference to purchase order, transfers etc.

Run the Following Reports with Selection Parameter RECHNUNG and Scope of List ALLES_ALV / BEST_ALV

ME2M Material Wise

ME2N PO Wise

ME2L Vendor Wise

Dear All,

Thanks for immediate reply i have checked ME2L,ME2N & ME2M but iwant to only GRN basis which GRN has not done LIV. here we can see PO Wise suppose one PO has 3 qty & done GRN for 2qty & LIV also 2qty this is shown in ME2M or all oter t-code. but my requirement is only shown GRN has done but not LIV.

In MB5S report no date column i want to check month wise how is it possible.

Go to ME2N trxn and Choose Dynamic selection ( Shift +F4)

in that at PUrchase order line item select the Invoice field and in the drop down of that field

choose invoice as NO..

and execute and see the report

Go to ME2N Report and Click on Dynamic selection / Shift F4 and in Purchase Document Header Tab Select Delivery Completed Indicator as Yes X and Invoice Field Value as No and in Selection Parameters Select RECHNUNG and Execute the Report.
