Chooss Export possibity available

Hello,

On Crystal Report XI R2, I want to reduce the list of Export available for users, only:

- PDF

- XLS

- CSV

How I can set this easily on the global server ?

If it's not possible as global, where is the properties for each reports.

Please re-post if this is still an issue to the Business Objects Forum

The types are hardcoded into the viewer code, not an option but BOE forums may have a suggested work around.

Sorry, my answer was not so clear.

Concerning the Export Function is not from Cyrstal Report but when report are launch from the server.

Hi

1. Go to Start-> Control Panel -> Crystal Reports XI Release 2, then click on 'Change'.

2. Then click on Add/ Remove under the Add/Remove Application.

3. Expand the Export Support from the Crystal Reports.

4. Then delete all the export options except PDF, XLS, CSV.
