CJ30 DISTRIBUTED AND DISTRIBUTABLE

Dear all

could you help me on this?

in the original budget (CJ30) there are two colums distributed and distributable.

i can see the total figures for each WBS.

how can i see the breakdown? eg PR or production order?

Hi,

In cj30 distributed budget is the total current budget at parent

level wbs.(i.e distributed budget is sum of current budget of lower level wbs. )

and distributable budge = current budget-assigned budget

distributable budget is at lower wbs level which can actually

u can use for creating PR/PO.

To see PR and PO pls see report

S_ALR_87013558 - Costs -> Budget-Related -> Budget/Actual/Commitment/Rem

in the report the committment is zero

but in CJ30 there is 86,546.71 in the assigned colum

how could that happen?

i found that WBS RF-08007-P-01

budget current budget DISTRIBUTED DISTRIBUTABLE ASSIGNED

87,057.00 87,057.00 no figure 87,057.00 86,546.71

can you explain the chart for me?

i am totally confused especially about the assigned and distributable columns.

Hi,

if in cj30 assigned coloumn has value 86,546.71 but in report

commitment colounm is zero it means you have made it as actual(i.e u have done GRN/servive entry).

once you made GRN/servive entry the commitment value will

become as actual.

if u will see actual coloumn ofreport u will get this value 86,546.71

and in cj30 do'nt confused in distributed and distributable.

you see only ur current budget coloun and assigned column.

from both u can find ur available budget (current bud.-assigned bud.)

i will advice to see report which will give u all value

currrent ,actual,commitment,assigned and available.

You can see the breakup in the budget related reports (ex) S_ALR_87013559 and any other related reports.

Distributed and Distributable are to with you budget value distribution and nothing to do with your PR's or PO's commitment which do appear in column Assigned.

To see the details of these commitments/assigned look for the Budget-Related reports like S_ALR_87013559 - Budget/Distributed/Plan/Distributed etc.,
