Unicode Character then crash!

Hi there,

we have a problem using Unicode characters in the ABAP New Editor.

Text it's stored in the cluster PCL1(TX) and it's been showed in a new Editor window, which opens with the new editor embedded.

If the text contains any Unicode characters (such as ß or ö) the GUI hangs and then crashes.

The problem does not appear using the old frontend editor.

Any ideas?

Hello Roberto,

which Patchlevel for SAPGUI 7.10 do you use? Please upgrade to the latest (10).
