Hi.

I try merge accounts in UI.

I have issues.

1) Does not set archiving flag.

2) Does not replace lead, opport ... from the Source to the Master Account.

Please help me.

there are many notes regarding the merge issue.

for the transaction data merge, was told by SAP support call that >400 days transaction (activity, opportunity) will not be merged into the master record. if you want to change this standard logic, you have to implement a BADI to delete this limitation.

So if you find some transaction data is not merged into the master account, first check the creation date of these records to see if they are more than 400 days old from today.

Hello!

There are two other interesting Notes.

[Note 1046384 - Merge Account: Error with batch job|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1046384]

Perhaps there is an issue with different time-zones, so that the batch-job doesn't start.

In addition Note "1058880 - Merge Accounts: Batch job" might be interesting.

Hello!

Probably there is one very simple answer for the missing Data-Transfer.

Transactional Data (Opportunities, etc.) are transferred with a delay, as this is done with a Batch-Job.

Itu2019s also possible that there are issues with the Batch-Job.

Some hints are described in Note [1146968|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1146968].

I will also investigate the issue with the missing Flag u201CSet to archiveu201D.

OK, I've just seen the note "Note 1146968 - Merge Accounts: Batch job does not transfer data" should also solve the issue with the set to archive-flag.
