Hi experts,

I want to change MRP type (MDMA-DISMM) in MRP 1 view of material master. I checked in Tcode MM17 , but this field is not available for mass maintenance.

How to change it in mass? Thanks in advance.

it is possible in MM17 to change the MRP TYPE

by using table MARC

For MRP Type Use MARC-DISMM and not MDMA-DISMM

My message is the same as in the other thread posted by SAP_MM:

Why should he use table MARC (Plant Data for Material) if he want to change a field in table MDMA (MRP Area for Material)???

Hi ,

I have found these T code for Material Master Updates, may be this can be help ful. Try CA97N and CS21 these two tcode may help or else i guess you need to have help from ABAP.

Hi,

Try to use MASS transaction and enter object type BUS1001 and choose field 'MARC-DISMM'

now execute and enter the materials for which MRp type to be chaned in botom screen and on top entr the new mrp type and execute

This will change all mrp type of matl u assigned.
