Hello,
I have installed Crystal Reports 2008 on a Windows machine. I have a seperate seperate web server which runs a web app on PHP and MySQL. I have uploaded a Crystal Report (2008) and it runs fine in InfoView.
I don't want my users to login through InfoView.
I want to be able to make a call from the PHP application to the CR Server and open a specific Crystal Report, in PDF format.
Is this possible though the SDK? If so, which one?
Thanks in advance!
Hi Joe C,
There are several SDKs in Java and .Net but not in PHP.
If you want to open and view a Crystal Report and export it in PDF, Viewers SDK should be the most suitable.
You can use also JRC SDK (Java Report Component) if you want to modify the report.
However, I'm not sure if you can display a report with your PHP web application server. Maybe using a JSP/PHP bridge.
