dear gurus

i have a PO of 50 kg and i recieved 50 kg but the PO is still open.what might be the reason

Hi,

Check in PO Item Changes, whether it is removed manually by some user.

no it is not manually removed and all the customization settings are done also but still it is open

Ensure it is not Removed Manually.

Now go to SPRO-MM-Inventory Management and Physical Inventory-Goods Receipt -Set Delivery Completed Indicator and Check whether it is Marked against your Plant.

If this indicator is set, the system suggests the "delivery completed" indicator as a default value when a goods receipt is posted with reference to a purchase order or order (provided that the quantity delivered falls within the under/overdelivery tolerances).

Check the Delivery tolerance in SPRO & PO.

Check plant parameters. Delivery Completed should be default.

Plz check SPRO/MM/Inv & PI/Plant settings for ur plant whether Del Comp default is activated or not.
