Where to configure Account Assignment Category for WBS Settlement Rule?

Hi,

I would like to know where is the Account Assignment Category for WBS settlement rule (FXA, CTR, G/L, WBS) being configured. (SPRO Path)

Currently when I go to our settlement rule creation screen I can only see WBS and FXA, I need to add MAT (Material)

Hi,

The setting is in Settlement Profile.

SPRO - PS -Costs -Automatic and Periodic Allocation -Settlement - Settlement Profile- Create Settlement Profile

Settlement to MAT is allowed only in case of production order.

Do you mean in my CJ02 WBS Settlement Rule creation screen, I cannnot put MAT as account assignment category?

Does it mean that WBS element CANNOT be settled to material? and we can only settle PM order to material?

Hi Vivian,

I wont say it cant be done as SAP is highly configurable.

But SAP recommends that only PP ie production order should be settled to MAT, which will lead to cost of PP order going as standard price of material.

Hi,

Go to transaction OKOA select the radio button settlement profle select the settlement profile which you are using and in the right side tab valid recievers select material settlemnet optional then u can be able to see the material into the settlemnt rule
