how to get the Program Access Details

hi,

I want to get the last run details of all the program

I would like to give the date as a selection parameter.

It should give tha program names which are all acessed on that date.

where the details like when the program is run at last will be saved.

Is there any file/standard tables contain such details?

You have lot of similar posts in SCN.

you can get these details from STAD transaction but you will not get all the details .only those details related to last 1 week may be.

hi,

goto STAD transaction.

give start time,start date,read time.

for ex:

start date: 14.10.2008

start time : 10:20:00

read time or length : 24:00:00

user : *

from here you can get only last24 hr before triggered transactions only.

Is there any option to display all the reports that has been accessed by different users in a report program?

Like we have the fields CNAM,CDAT,UNAM,UDAT in TRDIR table...Similarly can i get the details of the last execution time and user in my report program as a list?

you cannot get that details in a list.

you can get only last executed details only from that table.

Not the last date run of a particular program.

My scenario is to get the programs have been run after the specified date.

My guess there is no chance to get these details beyond a week or so.

Edit:Yes may be possible from SM20 audit log analysis.but i have never done this.

check out program RSAU_SELECT_EVENTS.

Audit log needs to be active, plus you need to have the necessary authorizations. These records are usually kept for a year or longer (again, it must be active at all for this to be useful).
