Hi,
Please follow the below mentioned steps:
Backup the Company DB in Enterprise manager
Backup the IXMetaSBOOEM DB in Enterprise Manager
1) Un-assign the all SAP Business One AddOn's. (This is most important)
2) close B1
3) Check Task Manager. If SBO AddOn.exe runing close it
(Remove an Addon from Control Panel->Add/Remove Program if it's still
existing. Normally do not use control panel to removing Addons!!!)
4) Delete a following files from:
SAP Manage\SAP Business One
AddOnsInstall.sbo
AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo
5) Delete folder C:
SAP Manage\SAP Business One\AddOns\Sap
6) Open run from Windows start,type %temp%
Rename SM_OBS_DLL folder from Temp
Delete from temp folder all that are related with Addons.
7) Open Regedit(Start->run->regedit)
Delete ILytix folder from HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software
Delete AddOn folder from HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software -> SAP -> SAP
Manage -> SAP Business One -> Addon
Delete AddOn folder from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> SAP
->SAP Manage -> SAP Business One -> Addon
8)Drop DB IXMetaSBOOEM in the enterprise manager
9)Delete tables
ixtDBVersion, ixtRepObjects, ixtReprelations, ixtRepXls ,ixtRepXml,ixtUDF one by one if they are still present in the
company database(ONLY tables BEGINNING WITH IX)
10)Delete all views beginning with IX
Install newest AddOns. Make sure that you are logged in to SAP Business
One as SuperUSER.

hi ,
you need to install dotnet framework 2.0 in the system, which support XL reporter to run, install that and then try to connect.
hope this will solve your problem
