Hi,

I have to remove the existing name in the sapgui and replace it with new name. I have edited saplogon.ini. It works for me. but this changes need to applied to all the users in the landscape. Any information about how changes can be applied to all users who are using sapgui.

Copy your created saplogon.ini on network share for all users, and after add in "logon script" for AD users the copy procedure , or create *.bat file and add in this file same copy procedure from network, after required user nedds to execute this *.bat file ... The second method are does not work if the user does not have access to the necessary directories --> windows or programfiles\SAP

P.S. also you can use SMS or other tools like this, also it can be add in SAP GUI installation server, in 710 for example ..

Copy that saplogon.ini (modified) in all the systems.
