Demand for class -A items for purchased parts - Very critical

Parent material forecast is for 18 month, based on the sales order /month forecast is getting consumed.

Under the parent material N u2013 number of purchased parts is there, some of the items are A u2013 class, and some are B & C, based on the dependent req from parent material purchase req. getting generated after MRP. All the purchase req is created based on the lot size assigned but the date is falling in the same day accodring to the parent demand

But the requirement is for A-class (valuable item) item inventory should be less, so weekly basis need to purchase A- Class items. B & C can be purchased in months.

Able to use fixed lot size for A- class items, but manually date need to be adjusted, this is not acceptable so any other option get the demand for class u2013A items in weeks.

( Very important :- with out changing the parent demand from monthly to weekly )

Maitain Weekly lot size for A class items, instead of Fixed lot size. Pl. check and revert.

If we assign the weekly lotsize, the dependent req. falling with in the week period will get add up and one Purchase req. will get create.

( In weekly lotsize only n-number of dep.req will get create & not a purchase req. or planned orders. )
