Workflow Mail Group

Hello All,

My User is in our WORKFLOW group. So user should also receive mails in the SAP inbox, when new materials are created. The responsibility of the those users is to maintain their respective views for Material Master (for this user > purchasing or MRP views).Unless user is receiving those mails user is not aware that new materials are in the work list.

Can anybody tell me why this is happening,why the user is not getting the mails in the SAP inbox?

check SWNCONFIG is maintained.

Could you please tell me where can i see the SWNCONFIG,also the process to analyse in a short notes.
