try report CRM_ORDER_DELETE
but what to give in the "business transaction type " field ?
SAP support message is SLFN
unable to delete . it displays that ,
"Not possible to delete , a reference exists to a sub document "
create a copy of this report and set "iv_no_check = 'X'"
Please consider that it is not 100% consistent to delete a CRM transaction with dependend objects (in your case: a basis support message)
