FB00 is basically controls the entries u generally made in various T.Codes like FB50, FB60. U can select certain fields which are required to be displayed nothing u can control your screen layout using FB00. U can find a tab in FB50 and FB60 like account editing there also u can be able to modify the fields as per your requirement.
