DI-Server License Expired Error message

Hi Everybody,

As soon as i login into SAP system, i get a message saying

" Module <DI-Server (DIS)> expired on <20081010> "

When i check into the License Administration

DI-Server Expiration Date says " 10/10/08 "

wanted to know do i need to apply for a separate License for DI-Server cos i have imported the License file sent by HP (Channel Partner), where in Professional User Expiration date is till " 31/12/99 "

Even though i have no Problem working in the system, want to know why does it happen and what are the disadvantages of using a Expired DI-Server License or Vice Verse.
