Document spitting inheritence rule

Hi,

In document splitting, i want to know if i dont select the inheritence check mark under doc. splitting rule 0000000012

( Activate doc. spitting ) then what will be the impact on FI??

Will it impact on the entries?

Hi,

If u do not activate inheritance for the line item for which account assignment object is not assigned will not be splitted to the line item.

Inheritance has to be activated other wise in the entry level for the line items which do not have account assignment object will not take the account assignment from the other line item.
