Can we calculate annual payed working hours in negative time managment.if it is possible can you plz tell how v can configure that in pcr.

That you need to create a yearly time type pass daily hours or monthly hour into it.
Since it is yearly time type it will automatically become zero at the end of year

if i have to wrrite a pcr for it . can you help me if you have or can you tell me how can i write it we are using tm04 and doing time evaluation for our employees.

Go to table V_T555A and create time type
write a PCR initilize the MONTHLY time time in PCR pass value to YEARLY TIME TYPE.
please insert the PCR in TM04 Schema before ZL table accumulation

I belive there is no need for PCR for this. It is available for you in the infoty 0007 config itself please check
you are right and i have done the same.but the point here is the employees actual annual working hours.its not planned in infotype 0007.
