Hi Stefan,

You have to change the IP address or the host name of the

SLD server in the exchange profile.

Go to http://<hostname>:<port>/exchangeProfile

where hostname = xi server

port is your j2ee http port

then go to Connections and change the Connection Host to SLD server address. here you also have to provide the XILDUSER password.

Hope this helps. Reply if you have any queries.

Hi Yomesh,

the settings in the exchange profile are correct.

in the component monitoring there is also a hint called:

"no correct url exists for the runtimecheck, please make an entry in the sld".

can you helo me?

thanks.

Stefan,

If you have checked that exchange profile parameters are right.

Then you can do the following checks,

1) Check in SLD --> Technical System

select type Exchange Infrastructure and confirm whether your Adapter Engine entry is there.

2) If Adapter Engine entry is there in Technical System ,then check for Bussiness System .

3) In visual administrator of the XI WAS you can go to SLD data Supplier service and trigger manual data transfer to SLD from there .If this gives error then you have to check the http connection settings in this service.

This is bit of administrators job. so for doing all this stuff you'll require Admin rights.

Reply me as you are done.

Hallo yomesh,

the problem is soved.

in one entry in the sld, the hostname was written wrong.

our customer has interchanged two characters, so the hostname was not correct and this refers to the error.

Thanks for your help.

Regards.
