Transport of .ear files

Hi Experts,

I have deployed my application in dev, and now i want to transport them to quality, I have transported the portal content i.e iviews and pages but i don't know how to transport the .ear file i.e my application.

Hi,

Transport of I View doesnt include the component. Hence you can transport the content just by deploying the application in QA after changing the J2EE engine details.

The .ear files can be also deployed using SDM.

You can also do a NWDI check in and transport if its being used.
