Message no. AA647 - Net book value positive in area 01 at fiscal year start

Dear All

Since upgrading to ECC6.0, whenever I want to display asset value (t-code AW01N) the above message will pops up for asset with value less than $1.

The reason is because we had specify a memo value of $1 in OAYI.

But we didn't get the error message when we were using 4.6c.

I had tried SAP Note 1092207 but it doesn't seem to work.

Any solutions on how to stop the error messages?

That note is already covered under our current Support package. I am still facing the problem.

Hi,

This don't solve your problem but helps perhaps,

Fill in for these assets the value 1 in scrapvalue and turn of the memo value in the asset.

Have a look if you have this problem with all your depreciation keys. Perhaps there is the problem.

Some errors are solved in ECC6 but it is possible that it was working (with the error) in 4.6
