Credit Management Block Status "Customer Date"

Hi Everyone,

I encounter credit check block with status "Customer Date" , apart from the Static Check, Dynamic Check, open items, TOP.

Does anyone knows what it means?

This customer still has 100% credit limit, since he's a new customer and doesn't have any AR outstanding within the checks.

The credit checks for new customer include, static, dynamic, review date, and critical fields, includes 12 months of horizon.

Thus, i am a bit confuse with the status of block "customer date"

hello, friend.

i think you are referring to 'next customer review date'. this date is stored in customer credit data FD32 or FD33. when you process sales documents, the next customer review date must either be current or in the past. if it is in the future, and 'Next Review Date' in OVA8 is ticked, the order will be blocked.
