The database can not be opened due to the reason above.

Hi Jason,

this error message generally occurs if there is a version mismatch. With 2007A we merged the versions of A & C, yet version B is still a separate entity.

Is it possible that you are attempting to upgrade a B-version to an A-version? 2007 B is still in the ramp-up phase & not as yet available.

If this is not the case, I would recommend you log a support ticket.

Pls read upgrade guide pdf file prior to perform upgrade job.

It seems that this error is caused by patch level version upgrade from different B1 version. I suggest to read the pdf file.

What are you trying and when does this occur.

Are you trying to restore a backup of a database. Which localization and SBO version are you referring to?

Server: SQL 2005

Collation: SQL_Latin1_General_CP850_CI_AS

SAP BO: 2005 A

No. After restore the database from the backup file, it prompt the error message as above when trying to login
