about STPO-posnr

hello,

when modify a bom using ECR number, changed posnr for line itme,eg.

bom before changing :

0001 L 0000013101 XX 1.000 PC ..........

bom after chaning:

0003 L 0000013101 XX 1.000 PC ..........

only stpo is changed,others item values aren't changed.

in this case,will this impact the latter MPR running result?

I know how to modify BOM or look over ECM information with cc33.

I want to know whether create the impact for the later MRP after the POSNR of bom is modified.

because one of consultants said the BOM'S posnr can't changed,otherwise,it will influence the later MRP running result. and another said this POSTNR changed will not infuence MRP. so,i have a bit of doubt.

Dear,

POSNR relates to Sales Order line Number

Try it in your IDES system you will get the result or explode the summaried bom ,using tcode cs13

Dear,

It will consider only the valide element during MRP according to the modify a bom using ECR number.

where-used lookup in SE11 on the s STPO

Go to CC33 -> Open ECO in display mode Click on 'Objects'

Select the BOM object and click 'Details View'

You'll see a change icon next to BOM Information. It'll take you to change BOM
