login dump

Hi all,

I am working on crm2007 and got this issue.

when user trying to login to SAP it throwing this dump.

RAISE EXCEPTION

CL_BSP_WD_APPL_MODEL=======CP and CL_BSP_WD_APPL_MODEL========CM00N

GET_APPL_MODEL

or

CL_BSP_WD_APPL_MODEL=======CP" "FAILED"

or

"SMHTTP" "FAILED"

How to deal with it ? does anybody have idea?

Hi Carsten and Xavier,

There is missing role for this user. so issue is resolved. Now usesr able to login but is getting a blank screen in L shaped area without any components.

Any guess?

Do you get this dump with any business role or only with a custom one ?

Hi,

it is very hard to say something to this one. My first approach would be to debug it.

One guess is: Activate all the BSP components for CRM in TX SICF.

I believe to remember there is also an OSS node that explains how to set up the CRM 2007 system correctly. It was mentioned in this forum, but I do not have it handy right now.
