1. You must have saved the File Description from KEPM.
1.1 The file description is used for upload. When it is saved, the system records it
1.2. In upload program, the file description is listed in the drop down list.
2. Taking that File Description, from KEPM, save the Layout of the EXCEL file
2.1 The Planning Method should be selected as EXCEL active.
3. That layout saved for XL MUST be used for Upload.

Upload procedure.
1. Those XL files should be stored in the a folder.
2. In KE13N, the program give two options (Radio Buttons), select IMPORT FILE DIRECTORY
3. Next Field is path or file, drill down to the folder level.
4. Choose that folder which is storing those files.

Operating Concern field and Type of Profitability Analysis should be selected as well

Decimal Notation should be second option, with commas after 000's (thousands) are used

Separator in CSV files would be Comma usually, select comma.
