I installed ecc6.0 and after installing gui, its not getting pop-up.
Can anybody help me where to check and start working with sap.

Do one thing better to install GUI 7.10 final release with dotnet frame work and requred updates,it will work

Go to Start->Run sapgui < hostname of the application server> <instance number>
Will bringup your GUI.
Meanwhile what version fo SAP GUI you are using.

Please give little more information, like what is the error message you are getting.
In the mean time you can try in the DOS commany prompt give commany " sapgui computername instance number".
