Undelete a requisition line item

Hi Gurus,

Is there any way to undelete/untranshcanned a line item in P.Requisition?

Hi,

If the Requisition is created in ME51N and deleted afterwards, yes you can undelete it - an option in the delete (rubbish bin) button.

If the PReq originates from other functions like PM, PP or PS, it can only be changed from the IW32, CO02 or CJ20N, etc.

Hi Kumar,

You can delete line item(s) from the Purchase Requistion.

Detailed steps is as below

(1) Goto T Code ME52N

(2) Select the line item which you want Un-delete

(3) Click near (not on) Delete button, in that you will find 2 options 'Delete' & 'Restore'

Click on the 'Restore' then item will get restored.

In this way, you can un-delete the line item from the PR.

Go to ME52N and Select the Line Item and click on Delete button Arrow tab Where you can See Undelete Option Just Click it and Save.

From ME52N

- If you don't set "Item overview as grid control", try to use unlock icon(next to the delete icon).

- If you set "Item overview as grid control", choose "restore" in the drop down list of the delete icon.
