CO Production Order

Hi,

I created one Co Production Order (KKF1) and I want to do a lot of goods receipt using this same order through MB31, Type Movement 101. But after I make one goods receipt I can't do another one using the same order. This error appears: "Document XXXX does not contain any selectable items". How can I correct this error? Do I need to make some kind of planning for this order? Thanks.

Hiii Adriana,

I think you are creating CO production order without cost estimate, so system takes only one unit as default. Your problem can be solved as follows:

Create CO production order in KKF1

Create/change plan cost estimate in KKF4 : Here you need to give the lot size say 100...

Then you can do multiple GR with the same production order upto the lot size...which in this case is 100.

So the process is:

1) KKF1

2) KKF4 u2013 enter the estimate production quantity for the month

3) MB31 u2013 movement type 101 or MIGO u2013 GR mmtype 101.

4) MB1A u2013 movement type 261 or MIGO u2013 GI mmtype 261 .

Could you please confirm?

Dear,

Please check the movement type in MIGO or MB31.

Cancel the GR Document MBST and Process it again.
