Batch Where used list

Hi,

Am working in Consumer Pack Goods environment.

FG, SFG and Raw materials are batch managed.

A single order can last for several days. However, batch is managed on daily basis.

Requirement: Tracking batch/es of raw materials used to produce a batch of finished product.

Have tried creating creating multiple batches at the time of GR doing partial confirmation for a single process order

Drawback: Batch where used list or Batch manufacturing cockpit not giving desired results

How to go about mapping this scenario?

Dear,

Use the batch-where used list--MB5C

You may need to run MB57 first. If you want the batch-where used update in real time, you need to make the appropriate config settings under batch management.

Or Use IW3M

Let me elaborate with an example..

Am producing material batch F1 of material FIN for order number 70000815 using batch S1 of material SEM and batch F2 of material FIN for order number 70000815 using batch S2 of material SEM.

BMBC top down analysis shows that batch batch F1 of material FIN for order number 70000815 using batch S1 & S2 of material SEM whereas only S1 is used. How to solve this?

It is quite possible that MB56

1) The pre-requisite to use MB56 is MB57.

Run MB57. Specify from-to date. Wait till few minutes.

After check MB56, you will have the result.

T.codes BMBC & MB56 both you can use.

You also must make sure that the batch-where used list is set in config to be updated. It is possible to run the batch where used list once a day or once a week to update the batch where used list.

Or Use SQVI to create a query.
