Admin Cockpit Permission

Hi,

I activated BI 7 Admin Cockpit and create few custom Z query. I can run the report without problem.

I want to give the report to Business Users, but they get 0BI_ALL RS_AUTH error. Is there any standard role i can give to them? or anyother way?

Thanks

Ramesh

I have the same problem where 0BI_ALL is being shown as the missing Authorisation in ST01 when my user runs certain Admin Cockpit queries.

Are we expected to give this in our productive system? Surely there must be some specific Analysis authorisations required and not 0BI_ALL.

I would be grateful if anyone could help with this issue.

Hi Ramesh,

I assume your system runs the new Analysis Authorizations concept (check setting in tcode rscustv23).

If so you can easily check what authorizations are missing for those users.

Goto tcode RSECADMIN -> tab Analysis -> Execute as -> fill user-ID and tick 'With log'. Choose RSRT, fill query-name and execute.

When you go back and take look at the log you will see what authorizations you have to grant.

Another way is tcode ST01 (trace auth.check)

Hope this helps!
