PCR problem…

Hi All,

In MSS PCR there are 11 types of Personnel Change Requests like:

- Change Employee Group and Subgroup

- Change Personnel Area and Subarea

- Change Position (Enhanced)

-

-

-

- Change of Working Time

Here we want to hide few Personnel Change Requests from the above list.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

And also for few Personnel Change Requests we need to change its description.

For example, Change Personnel Area and Subarea is required as Change in PAS

Please advice.

Hi Nithya,

I have solved this issue.

To create / delete any PCR Form it can be done only at the backend.

To delete the PCR form, go to SPRO

Integration with Other mySAP.com Components --> Business Packages / Functional Packages --> Manager Self-Service (mySAP ERP) --> Personnel Change Requests --> Group Change Request Scenarios

Then select the PCR type (say SPPA) and press delete icon.

It was always better to take a screen shot of the deleted PCR type. So that in future if we want to use the same PCR type we can create it with the same values.

Hi,

Guess this would help:

1.First open the role then select the item you want to hide, after choose properties.

2. Select category Navigation and say YES in Invisible in navigation areas.

3.You need user with administration permissions.
