Limit amoun in GR

Hi,

I need some help in next situation:

I have an order with a particular amount (100 units for example) and I have to limit the entry of goods from a percentage (10% for example) of the amount of the purchase order, so I just can entry 90 units, how can I do that??

hi,

Over delievery and under delivery in the PO item details...

So when you provide percentage here, then at that time...When you make GR with ref. to PO, system will not allow you to make GR for Above and under the over and under delivery.....

Hi,

I'm afraid you can't do that except for putting in specific checks in User exit if this happens regularly.

SAP tolerances are based on deviation from the order qty, they are used to check whether the differences fall within a limit or percentage from the order qty. It does not restrict you from receiving only up to a certain percentage of the order qty.

Depending upon the tolerance limits set at SPRO you can post the GR qty.Please check at SPROMMIM-GR-Set tolerance limits wheather your purpose serves or not.
