XI 3.1 Web Services load balance

I was looking through the XI 3.1 Admin guide and it mentions that Web Services can only be load balanced using a specific Cisco product. Is this true?

Source IP and destination port persistence (available only on a Cisco
Content Services Switch).

We typically run InfoView on 2 different services and load balance them with Windows Load Balance Services. Is this not supported if we have Web Services installed on the 2 Windows Servers using wlbs?

Prior to 3.x I don't believe any of our XIR2 products were tested with any load balancers, although we did our best to support them.

In 3.x we have begun actually testing the products with a specific load balancer. The support policy will be the same for "other load balancers" or better. and now we have 1 load balancer that our product group has tested in house as well.

So in short nothing has been removed only added. Support will do it's best to support our product with multiple load balancers, but since we don't have most in house we are limites at times.
