Is 'Rejection of Reason' = Assigned is only criteria to determine canceled sales orders ?

Is it correct ?

Reason for Rejection is assign at header level as well as at item level. If u want to cancel the whole sales order u have to assgin reason at the header level and in case if one don't want to cancel the whole order but only a some item of the sales order then it should assign at item level, by doing so u can deliver the balance item of the SO.

Hi,

Yes, you are right but provided you have put the Reason of rejection at Header level. If you assign the reason of rejection for one item out of total items then your statement is wrong. The SO will be partially rejected.
