Where and how do I download the Full CRM 2007 Help Files from.

Installations & Upgrades->SAP CRM->SAP CRM 2007->Installation and Upgrade->Choose OS->Choose DB

You will then find files titled SAP CRM 2007 SP03 Business User Documentation

You can also view application help online at http://help.sap.com

Hi Stephen

Many Thanks for your speedy reply.

I'm battling to follow the path you've specified.

I go to http://service.sap.com/swdc

This takes me to the Downloads Tab of the Support Portal

Then I click on SAP Installation and Upgrade Link (Which is to the right of the SAP Software Distribution Centre Link)

This then brings me to the Installations and Upgrades Pagre but I cannot see SAP CRM here.

Please could you guide me as to what I'm doing incorrectly.

Forgot one step:

Choose My Company's Application Components then SAP CRM.
