R3 Oracle Upgrade

We're looking at possibly upgrade our r3 instance from solaris 8 to solaris 10, and in the process, possibly not at the same time though, upgrade the Oracle version that we're currently using (9.2.0.4) to a more recent version.

Can anybody point me to a note or instructions on thie front.

I would first upgrade the OS from Solaris 8 to Solaris 10 and then upgrade Oracle.

I had a look there, but was looking for somebody who had been through it and had got round any issues!

Read that guide - it will point you to some separate notes with known issues and how to circumvent them. That upgrade guide is really good - follow it attentively and read all the notes mentioned within (and yes, there are a lot of them).
